About the Science-Policy Interface

Background

The Science-?Policy Interface unit is the central contact point for science-policy engagement, including scientific policy advice, at ETH Zurich. It provides support for policymakers seeking collaborations with ETH researchers and supports researchers who seek contacts to representatives from public administration and politics.

The Science-?Policy Interface was established in 2022 and is a staff unit of the Knowledge Transfer and Corporate Relations domain.

Mission

The Science-Policy Interface aims to bridge the gap between ETH researchers and political decision-makers in order to contribute to addressing crucial societal challenges. To achieve this, the Science-Policy Interface connects ETH researchers and political decision-makers at all federal levels as well as internationally and provides a range of services to support the collaboration between these stakeholders.
