Course: Coaching Students

FS2025

Are you coaching teams or individuals next semester? Supervising student theses? Or a faculty member supporting student coaches or running PBE courses? The Coaching Students course is designed to help you succeed in your role as a coach.

What You’ll Gain:

  • Basic Coaching Skills: Build confidence in active listening, impactful questioning, and giving feedback.
  • Team Coaching Tools: Navigate group dynamics, foster psychological safety, and handle challenges.
  • 1:1 Coaching Techniques: Learn frameworks like GROW and solution-focused methods.
  • Practical Experience: Practice coaching, engage in peer visits, and refine your skills with feedback.

How It Works:

A Moodle environment provides access to blended learning materials, and the 14.02.25 (Basic Skills), 28.02.25 (Team Skills), and 21.03.25 (1:1 Skills) interactive workshops will equip you with practical tools to empower students and teams. The workshops take place at PBLabs RZ D8 and go from 9:00-17:00.
