Academic Digital Infrastructure
The Digital Academic Infrastructure unit is responsible for the operation and maintenance of existing digital academic applications and processes, as well as for technical support and the associated training programs. It is also responsible for the introduction of new digital academic systems and promotes their continuous further development with the aim of creating an innovative, sustainable and future-proof infrastructure.
The unit supports the creation and translation of academic specialized specifications, which are developed in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders, for subsequent technical implementation. It also provides counselling to various groups within the Academic Services on process definition and modelling, particularly with regard to system-dependent processes.
